The feeling I get when I hear that certain note, breathtaking arrangement or get carried away in a great performance is like noting else.
 
One of my earliest childhood memories is when I come home from daycare, having learned a new song there. I must have been 3 or 4 years old. 
Well, we had a very beautiful antique piano and I wanted to learn how to play that song. I had played it at daycare, but it just didn´t sound quite the same on our old and out of tune piano. Being the stubborn toddler I was, I found a marker and made, in my opinion, smart codes on the keys, and so I learned the song. 
I was proud.
My mom and dad weren´t equally proud, trying to get the marker off the keys. Well, the marks are still there, so whoever has that piano now, you are free to crack the code and find out what song it is !

I lost my connection to music for decades, working with something else, until I one day, out of the blue, realized that music and I have some very unfinished business.
My life changed that day, and here I am, having more fun and feeling more alive than ever. Above all, I´m finally nurturing the gift of music that I for so long neglected and didn´t value enough. 
I will do my absolute best to treasure and develop that gift, and wherever it takes me, I´ll go.
